Firstly, all of our vendors require that we submit our hot lunch orders one week in advance of the hot lunch day. This ensures that they have ample time to prepare and deliver the meals.
Secondly, we use Munchalunch for managing our hot lunch orders. Once the ordering window closes, which is set up at the start of the hot lunch ordering period, there is no way to add additional orders without opening a new ordering window. In the past, when we attempted to do this, we encountered numerous error errors primarily missing orders, which causes significant issues and inconvenience.
